Each of these one-of-a-kind art doll creations was inspired by the love of two separate tiny dolls from her childhood. One is a toy series that the artist played with as a child. The other is a tiny doll made by indigenous people of Guatemala. The tiny doll that is sewn to this brooch can have its arms and braids gently moved about. Bertha can be worn or displayed as a piece of original artwork.
